The Struggle to Save Earth’s Most Vulnerable Creatures in 2024 | World’s Most Endangered Wildlife
In today's world, numerous species teeter on the brink of extinction, primarily due to human activities. This video sheds light on five of the most critically endangered animals identified by WWF, exploring the reasons behind their precarious situations and the urgent need for conservation efforts.
1. Mountain Gorilla:
- The mountain gorilla, a subspecies of the eastern gorilla, faces severe endangerment, with only around 880 individuals remaining.
- Human encroachment into their habitats forces them to higher altitudes, exposing them to harsh conditions and diseases.
- Conservation efforts have seen a slight increase in their numbers, but continued protection is vital for their survival.

Просмотров 14 тыс.3 года назад
We are a group of people who love re-photographies (“before and after”, “then and now”) because of their potential to tell fascinating stories with just two pictures. There wasn’t really a central hub for this kind of art so we got to work and built re.photos. It’s a website that enables people to browse hundreds of pictures or upload and align their own. Today we would like to share our excite...

Photography Finds Location Of 1960s Postcards To See How They Look Today
Просмотров 21 млн6 лет назад
[Part 2] ruclips.net/video/wG6IOVkJqgU/видео.html Not long ago an old matchbook laying on photographer Pablo Iglesias Maurer's desk caught his eye. Or rather, it was the postcard-like picture on it, of a resort complex built in the 1960s. It got Pablo wondering how the place looked now, and the answer has led him to make an amazing photo series called Abandoned States. The picture came with the...
This was really good, what a nostalgic feel and sadness over the abandoned places, well done!
What always puzzles me is why these places are destined for abandonment
Instead of abandoning them, these places should have been repurposed and given a new life. They had so much potential left instead of just being left to decay. Endless possibilities in education, housing, rehab, nursing, retirement, entertainment... Such a pity.

I like how they travel back to the older photo after showing abandoned property but I detest the quickness in which the image is shown.
A lot of the past gets left behind. Really reminds me of another video I saw of a ship called SS United States. just like these places it's just a sad state to be in.
😢Next video of City then vs now
I couldn't stop watching
God has been sending America a message.
Bruh wtf almost everyplace in 1960s has become a fucking dumpster
Well that was depressing. Inclusion of site names might help initiatives to restore some of these. Wouldn't help with views, though, so won't happen.
One of those buildings was the United Hospital in Portchester Ny I worked there.
all those swimming pools and resorts need is a bit of cleaning up.... and they'd look gorgeous again... hmm i wonder how much they cost to buy... not much id think if they are abandoned...
My parents were both children in the war. They didn't have toys at Christmas. They couldn't play in the streets and bombs took down neigh ours houses. When you have growup like this you appreciate freedom and good times.Hardship made the older generation just happy ro be alive.
i’m crying
those people died
Decline of a nation in one generation
All it takes is someone with a bit of motivation and a little coin roll to fix a few of these. Some a lot more. I've remodeled historic houses in very bad shape and these can be done as well.
A lot of these look like abandoned resorts in the Catskills of New York - popular in the 50s - 70s. Getaways from NYC in the summer.
Excellent. The best before and after collection I've seen.
4:06 What is that massive building in the center/what happened to it??
Are these places in the U.S?😞
Music is horrid
It seems as time progressed they got worse.
We’ve let everything turn to shit. We know the price of everything and the value of nothing.
Now these are all just places for Ubrex Hill to go and explore at 3AM.
America is objectively a F-ing sh*thole now. What the F happened?
Human pride and determination can build beautiful structures and monuments... Just as easily, human neglect and greed can tear it all down and destroy it....

2:37: The photo of the Moulin Rouge Cinema is NOT from 1900. A "cinema" was an invention of the late 1910's, and judging by the AUTOMOBILES in front, this picture was from the 1920's.
0:45: The cathedral behind the statue was rebuilt with as many block from the destroyed building as possible. Those are the dark colored blocks on the new cathedral. Those blocks were kept in a warehouse since the end of the war waiting for the rebuilding of the Lutheran cathedral, which the communist government wouldn't allow.
They might get bankrupt
What a degradation of humanity in all aspects
I dont know why but i feeling sad when i watch this...first realy nice places then ruins😢
Most of them are demolished already.
I remember watching these 😭😭😭
Damn. Were basically iving in the dystopian
Muitas das vezes se constroi com muito amor e esforços e com o passar do tempo vem os herdeiros que deveriam dar continuidade mas não dão a minima atenção, ja vi muito isso😢
Whats The Song?

On and on 😮
Really well done video and the twotransition is amazing. Not too long clips either, like in most videos
Abandoned or not, those jerks with the spray paint cans should be dealt with unless they're spraying paint on their own mom's house.
When will there be another one?
And the people in the photos are all dead

Wow, incredible video. Those beautiful picture-postcard scenes, now decrepit and wrecked. It really is almost shocking.
THIS WAS A VID I WATCHED LIKE 2018
The flat I lived in was pulled down 9 years ago or something. It was in a 5-floor block. No balcony, and no lift either. They effectively tore down the entire block of flats. Now there's a huge 30-floor or something block of flats built all over the place instead of it. Strangely, but they didn't cut down the mountain ash tree that was in the courtyard. It might still be there, but I haven't visited the neighbourhood for years. You never know. We used to live there with grandma. She's already gone too. No one to visit. Period.
